We are about more than just restoring the environmentā weāre about reconnecting people with their land. ACHMās approach to land management recognizes the inseparable link between a healthy ecosystem and thriving communities.
A core principle at ACHM is that land management must involve the people who depend on it, fostering collaboration, cooperation, and a shared sense of responsibility.
Our Community Facilitatorās Training Programme (CFTP) is a perfect example. Through this initiative, we train individuals from local communities, NGOs, and beyond to lead land management projects. These facilitators return to their regions equipped with practical skills and tools to bring positive change to their communities. They don't just restore the landāthey strengthen the social fabric and promote economic resilience.

- Sponsor a Community Member: We are preparing to run a special CFTP session in November, and you have the opportunity to sponsor a highly motivated local participant. Regenerating the Environment: Habitat Management and Biodiversity
At ACHM, environmental regeneration is at the heart of everything we do. Our Habitat Management Herd is a key tool in restoring degraded landscapes. The herd's movement mimics natural grazing patterns, revitalizing the land by improving soil health, enhancing plant growth, and increasing biodiversity.
Right now, in the middle of one of the harshest droughts ever recorded, itās clear that our herd needs to grow in size to meet the increasing demands for land regeneration. This is where you can make a real difference. Weāre about to launch the Holistic Hooves program, where supporters can sponsor cattle from our herd and directly contribute to the health of Dimbangombeās.
This initiative allows you to take part in restoring degraded landscapes, fostering biodiversity, and making our conservancy more resilient.

- Sponsor a Set of Hooves: By joining the Holistic Hooves program, you can sponsor livestock and follow their journey as they help regenerate the land.
